When it comes to 3D models, I generally charge a flat fee plus any hours spent working on it.
3D Models / VRChat Avatars / Warudo Characters
I have made quite a few models from scratch as well as "kitbashed" models. (Kitbashing, for those unaware, is the process in which parts of different pre-existing models or model bases are edited together to make a new one. For example, using the head from one base, and the body from another.)
- Low Poly: best device performance, low price. $50 flat fee + $15 per hour worked.
- Medium Detail: Good performance, higher price and detail. $75 flat fee + $20 per hour worked.
- High Detail: May vary in performance depending on client needs. $100 flat fee + $25 per hour worked.
